A: SwirlX is designed to work on a variety of surfaces, including automotive paint, plastic trim, headlights, and mirrors. It effectively removes swirl marks, scratches, and helps restore a smooth, glossy finish to your vehicle
Q: Can SwirlX be used on any car?
A: SwirlX works well on any car with a clear coat or automotive finish, whether it's new or used. It helps rejuvenate the paintwork by removing imperfections and bringing out the gloss.
Q: How often should I use SwirlX on my vehicle?
A: You can use SwirlX as needed, depending on the condition of your car’s paint. It’s great for restoring the finish periodically, especially after waxing or polishing.
Q: What attachments are included with SwirlX and what are their uses?
A: SwirlX comes with three attachments: the wool pad for cutting and heavy defect removal, the flat pad for smoothing and polishing paint to restore a refined finish, and the wave pad for light polishing and finishing, minimizing swirls while enhancing clarity.
Q: Is the SwirlX Polisher cordless?
A: Yes, the SwirlX Polisher is wireless and cordless, making it easy to use and move around. You won't have to worry about tangled cords or limited mobility.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: At SwirlX, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, including fast and efficient order processing. To ensure timely processing of orders, we kindly ask that any change or cancellation requests be submitted within 5-10 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate requests received after this time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express Paypal), and more.
Q: When will my order be processed?
A: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends. After processing, your order will be shipped immediately.
Q: My tracking number isn't working. Has my order been shipped?
A: We process orders 1-3 days after purchase and ship them to you. If your tracking number doesn't work after 5 days, please contact us at contact@swirlx.shop and we will personally track down your order for you.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Q: What if my item is defective or incorrect?
A: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us right away. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Q: What if my credit card is denied?
A: You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens. Please make sure that all of your personal information matches the exact information (name, address, etc) associated with your credit card. If some information doesn't match, the transaction will not go through, as we have a very secure payment process. If you are unsure, please call your credit card company to verify the information they have on file.
Also, please ensure that your credit card is able to make international purchases. SwirlX is a United Kingdom-based company. You can also try going through the regular checkout or PayPal checkout as a payment option.
Q: Do I have to pay taxes, customs, or duties on my order?
A: International customers (outside of the United Kingdom) are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs Authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by ForChics, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates.
