We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order, and we want to make the return and refund process as easy and hassle-free as possible for our customers.

Returns and Refunds:

We offer a 30-day return policy for our customers who are not satisfied with their orders. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we guarantee to issue a free replacement or refund. Please contact us immediately within 14 days from the delivery date at contact@swirlx.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item(s), packaging, and tracking number.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for proceeding with your replacement or refund. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit once they are in the carrier's hands.

Our team will inspect your complaint and, if applicable, arrange for a return of the defective product(s) and send a replacement at no additional cost, as long as the merchandise is available.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx with insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Note:  For returns, please mark the package as "RETURN, NO DUTIES" to avoid additional customs fees. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to you.
